Earlier this week we lamented the loss of Maura Casey’s editorials in the New York Times’ Connecticut section. She also wrote for the regular editorial page. But The Laurel has learned that her voice will continue to be heard on the pages of the Hartford Courant. Maura has been hired as a part-time editorial writer, contributing some masthead editorials, and may do an occasional column.
