The Laurel has learned, WNPR news director Jeff Cohen is taking on a new role as senior enterprise reporter.
With this shift, WNPR is re-organizing its editor suite news operations and will be advertising shortly for three new positions:
- Senior Director News/Executive Editor
- Senior Editor Daily News and News Shows
- Daily News Editor
The changes come as part of a growth trend for WNPR’s newsroom that includes the recent addition of an investigative reporting team and several new locally produced programs that have been added to the schedule in the last two years.
