Former congressman and for our purposes former NBC Connecticut news anchor Toby Moffett has advice for Luke Bronin who just won the Democratic primary in the first congressional district and is the heavy favorite to win the general election.
As a former member, Moffett published an op-ed with the CT Mirror in the form of a letter to Bronin as Bronin prepares to replace John Larson in the House of Representatives.
