Citing a high likelihood of success at trial and denial of due process rights, a federal judge in Washington, D.C.(originally appointed by President Trump) has ordered the president to restore White House press credentials to reporters from Politico, MS NOW and CNN.
The decision came down early Thursday morning several hours after a hearing was held resulting from a lawsuit filed by the three news organizations. Their access was pulled without much warning Saturday morning.

The judge’s ruling orders an immediate return of White House access for at least 14 days while further proceedings continue on the First Amendment claims raised by the lawsuit.
