After two years, Christine Stuart is leaving NBC CT. The editor-in-chief of CT News Junkie had been doing double duty, reporting on politics and government for WVIT while also overseeing her capitol news site. She will continue to appear on NBC CT as an occasional political analyst, but she’s off to American Business Media as editorial director. She’ll be in charge of 4 magazines, a website, daily newsletters, webcasts, and an upcoming podcast. The big question is who will now cover politics for the station? It’s hard to imagine they can get someone who matches Christine’s knowledge of the legislature and the state’s political players.
