When it came to breaking the news on the death of Senator Lindsey Graham(R-SC) on Saturday night, CNN turned to Manchester, Connecticut native Will Ripley.
Ripley is a CNN international correspondent based in Taipei. He was suddenly thrust into the role of anchor; interviewing another CNN anchor based in Los Angeles, in the first hour after Graham’s death was announced.
