Former Fox 61 and News 12 anchor/reporter Alexa Farrell recently began a new position as an assistant director of communications with NYC Health + Hospitals. She started her new position last month after leaving PIX 11 in New York in February.
Farrell is a graduate of Quinnipiac University.
