Perhaps it’s just our imagination, but broadcasters are sounding slightly disappointed when they read copy that says gas prices are going down. This is in contrast to the heartfelt concern expressed over “pain at the pump” and the excitement at announcing the service station where consumers can find the lowest prices in the area. Hopefully they’ll go back up, and soon…
