CT Examiner, through the work of recently hired David Altimari, was able to make contact with fugitive Konstantinos Diamantis Friday, shortly after he skipped town to Greece to avoid his sentencing on corruption charges.
Diamantis faced up to ten years on twenty-one different charges. Using his Greek passport, he decided to leave the country and make an effort to win a pardon.
