For the second time this year, the former headquarters of the Hartford Courant is going up for auction.
The next auction, to be held over two days in December, is what is called an “absolute auction,” according to the Hartford Business Journal. Under the rules of such an auction no bid can be rejected for being too low. Which means this prime piece of property, right next door to the state Capitol, could go for a very low price.
