There seemed to be universal disappointment that political reporter Ted Mann was leaving The Day of New London. But Ted isn’t leaving Hartford, or the state capitol for that matter. He will spend the next year shadowing Governor Dannell Malloy for a freelance project assigned by the Hearst newspapers.
