Robert Gruskay, well known in the Connecticut circles of broadcasting, opera, public relations and advertising, has died at the age of 92.
His career in Hartford area broadcasting and advertising began in 1961 at WHNG. He went on to work at other radio and television stations in the market, to teach opera at the University of Hartford, and to start his own advertising and marketing firm. He died on Tuesday, just a few days after his birthday.
