CTN will broadcast live starting at 7pm (and will re-air the coverage later in the evening but with constantly updated numbers from AP). CTN is collaborating with the Hartford Courant, FOX CT, and The Connecticut Mirror. Diane Smith will host the coverage live from the 2nd floor atrium of the LOB and they will have an array of reporters in the field and guests on the set including Jim Amann, Larry DeNardis, Susan Bysiewicz, John Pavia, Chris Healy, Nancy DiNardo, Bill Hamzy, Jonathan Harrris and UConn Profesor Emeritus Howard Reiter.
CT News Junkie has hired 7 reporters to assist with its primary night coverage. At 7 pm, radio veteran Brian Parker will host a podcast.
Starting at 7 pm, WNPR will feature “Primary-PALOOZA” with John Dankosky and Colin McEnroe. They will be joined by commentators Bill Curry and Ben Davol with reporters at the major candidates’ headquarters.
