Our good friend Jeanne Leblanc, formerly of the Hartford Courant, has joined Patch as a regional editor and has launched a first site in her area. It’s in West Hartford and the editor is her fellow Courant alumna, Susan Schoenberger. More sites to come in the Hartford region.
