Patch news sites, which has grown rapidly in Connecticut in recent years, has announced that it may be scaling back in some of its news markets. Sites in New Jersey and California are in the midst of consolidation.
Patch has over 860 local sites and over 60 in Connecticut. Could Connecticut’s large volume of Patch sites make the Nutmeg State a target for consolidation as well? That remains to be seen.
