Walking to her car – CBS Mornings anchor Gayle King(WFSB) has denied she is leaving when her contract expires in May. She spoke with TMZ after leaving work last Friday and so far the network is backing her up. King added, she will not “negotiate in the press.”
King has been at the center of rumors over her future with the network for the last several years. Multiple news outlets have authoritatively reported at different times that she is being ousted, but those reports have consistently proven to be wrong. On the other hand, CBS is under new ownership and the news division is under new management.
