Rachel Guerra has been promoted to Assignment Manager at WTNH, moving into the job vacated by Shannon Kane who headed to WFSB. Rachel has been at WTNH for seven years and was born and raised in Stamford. She started her career in news as a reporter at the Meriden Record-Journal.
