Brendan Keefe, a former WFSB anchor and North Haven native, was the victim of a bizarre attack at his local golf club in July and yesterday a man has plead guilty to assaulting Brendan and his wife.

According to the Kentucky Post, the judge gave Thompson the opportunity to apologize to the Keefes, and he did.  The judge then sentenced him to three years probation, ordered him to resign from the country club, take anger management classes, pay restitution, and have no further contact with the Keefes or Thornton.
