We’re happy to learn that Jim Konrad has been named Managing Editor of the Manchester Journal Inquirer. Jim spent 27 years at the Norwich Bulletin, the last 13 as Executive Editor. Recently he was squeezed out when the Bulletin’s owner, Gannett, opted to have the paper edited by the same person who oversees the Newport Daily News. Congratulations on the new job, Jim.
