Quinnipiac University will present the 24th annual Fred Friendly award this year to NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt.
Holt will receive the award in a ceremony next month in New York City. He joins an impressive list of broadcast journalists the school believes live up to the traditions of Friendly.
