Sources have confirmed for The Laurel that journeyman reporter Doug Greene has left NBC CT.
A no-nonsense broadcast journalist who was with the station for more than 25 years, Greene is known to his colleagues and competitors as a reporter who can consistently get the job done no matter the story – and be a nice guy at the same time.
His co-workers have put together a going away party for him Friday evening.
