A few months back we told you about the deployment of “storm ranger” weather radar trucks by NBC.
The small fleet is available to NBC stations like NBC CT and apparently one is visiting the Connecticut market this week. We spotted the picture above on Tyler Jankoski’s Twitter feed.
In the photo, the local TV news equivalent of an AWAC’s plane is flanked by the equivalent of two NBC CT F-16’s.
We’ve come a long way baby!
