Gov. Malloy is set to announce his choice for the new Commissioner at the Department of Social Services today and the CT Mirror has the scoop – yet the Governor will not officially make an announcement until 11:00am.
We can’t help but notice that the Mirror continues to get the early word on many of the Governor’s appointments. Anyone else sensing a trend here?
