Today marked the official groundbreaking for the Hartford ballpark and among the reporters and photogs covering the event were two Connecticut sports guys, Jeff Dooley (the voice of the Rock Cats) and Joe D’Ambrosio of WTIC-am 1080 (who somehow manages to cover UConn Men’s Basketball and frequently host the station’s afternoon drive program).
