MaryEllen Fillo reports in JAVA that there are plans underway to rename Grove Street in Hartford (between Prospect and Columbus Blvd) after WTIC-am broadcasting legend Bob Steele. The committee includes NBC CT anchor Gerry Brooks, Bob Steele’s son Phil, Chris Powell of the Journal Inquirer, WTNH chief capitol correspondent Mark Davis and journalist/broadcaster Chris Fortier.
