Donald Trump’s reaction to the Democratic convention rebuke of Khizr and Ghazala Kahn has dominated the news since last Friday.
Saud Anwar, a town council member from South Windsor appeared on CNN Monday to talk about the controversy. Anwar, who is the former mayor of South Windsor, and is currently the co-chair of the American Muslim Peace Initiative.
Anwar’s take – “Donald Trump doesn’t get it,” once he doesn’t understand something he becomes defensive.
