Congratulations to longtime Connecticut broadcaster and teacher Kenn Venit on winning the Outstanding Faculty Award, chosen by the Quinnipiac University Student Government Association. Kenn is an adjunct associate professor of journalism in the School of Communications. His experience includes years as a news manager, anchor, reporter, producer, assignment editor, weather forecaster, high school quiz show host at channels 3, 8 and 30, and newspaper editor and columnist. He is now a Hamden-based media consultant and media trainer.
