Less than a year after joining NBC CT as a reporter, Dan Corcoran has been named 6pm & 11pm weekend anchor. Since coming to Connecticut, Dan has been reporting from the station’s New Haven bureau for the 11 pm news. Previously Dan reported for the nationally syndicated lifestyle show “The List, ” worked as a reporter/fill-in anchor at the NBC affiliate in West Palm Beach, and also did a stint in Eugene, Oregon. He’s a native New Englander, having grown up in Haverhill, Mass.
He’s succeeding Jeff Stoecker who left the market last year.
