Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin has made a quick change in his communications office.
Brett Broesder, who served as communications director for former Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch, is taking over the same position in Bronin’s office.
Broesder replaces Samaia Hernandez who had been appointed as Bronin’s communications director back in December.
