Newspapers, websites and television stations are more open than ever to the idea of sponsored content and native advertising. And some advertisers are jumping in.

Hartford HealthCare has built its own TV studio and is producing programming – that looks a lot like local news – to tell their story.

Former Fox 61 anchor Rebecca Stewart serves as host, other former local television producers work behind the scenes and Hartford HealthCare’s vice president of marketing and branding is a former editor at the Norwich Bulletin.
