We’re a bit concerned by a recent article in The New Haven Register. The Register reports that Robert Mathis, who is referred to as a “classic stalker” by his psychiatrist, was arrested for the second time last week for allegedly harassing a Connecticut news personality via “e-mails, social media and in-person contact,” according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

Mathis, age 71 of Westbrook, was charged with multiple counts of second-degree harassment. Mathis alleges the news personality is communicating directly to him through broadcasts by her gestures, clothing and comments made on television.

Mathis posted bond last week, but thankfully hasn’t had any contact with the victim since his latest arrest.
