The political media are giving U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman all sorts of credit for Saturday’s passage of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.”
This could not have happened had we heeded Lieberman’s advice and elected John McCain, who continues to strongly oppose the measure, as president in 2008.
