Former Fox 61 anchor Ben Goldman has landed a unique job in Palm Beach, Florida.
Less than a year after leaving the anchor desk, he has accepted a position as director of communications for the Gary and Vivienne Player Foundation. The foundation, named after the legendary PGA golfer Gary Player and his wife, helps vulnerable children in the United States and in Player’s home country; South Africa.
Goldman is from Wethersfield. At age 21 he moved to the anchor desk for Fox 61, where he stayed for seven years. He is the youngest main television anchor in Connecticut history.
