Big congratulations to Fox CT meteorologist Rachel Frank; the grapevine tells us she’s moving to WPIX in New York (her former CT General Manager Rich Graziano is there and presumably recruited her). Rachel does a terrific job but was clearly headed to a larger market if she so desired. Her WPIX News Director will be Mark Effron, a WFSB alum, who will appreciate her talent and genuineness.
