All the doors at Fox News HQ seem to be marked exit for Roger Ailes.
Various sources are reporting the man behind the incredible success of the network is negotiating the terms of his dismissal two weeks after former Fox anchor Gretchen Carlson of Greenwich filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against him.
The story accelerated Tuesday when Gabriel Sherman of New York Magazine reported Fox news star Megyn Kelly testified she too had been a victim of Ailes’s harassing behavior when she first joined the network as a legal analyst. The word leaked out of an internal investigation a few days after the Ailes team accused Kelly of being disloyal by refusing to publicly defend Ailes against Carlson’s charges as many others have.
