Former Norwalk mayor and newspaper columnist Bill Collins has a new project underway in his hometown.
After a trip to Ireland he fell in love with the many painted doors he saw and is trying to encourage his neighbors in Norwalk to adopt the practice.
His own door painting cost him about $2,000
