A little bird (Twitter) has informed us that there has been another change at the Courant. According to Jeff Jacobs, Dom Amore will take over as the new UConn men’s basketball writer. He will replace Mike Anthony who will now cover the state colleges (Central, Sacred Heart, Fairfield, Hartford, etc.).
The Courant’s sports department has another change in store. Zac Boyer has moved on to the Free Lance Star in suburban Washington, DC where he will cover the NFL’s Washington Redskins.
In other comings and goings, Clear Channel’s Country 92.5 (WWYZ/Hartford) has let go seven year station veteran Jim Bosh.
Finally, congratulations are in order for WFSB’s Eric Parker and wife Mary Kate. The 7 pound Jack Michael Parker was born Monday.
