NBC CT weatherman Ryan Hanrahan has achieved a life-long dream.
The Guilford native has been named chief meteorologist at the station effective immediately. In this new role he will have complete command of the First Alert Weather Team. Hanrahan says his passion for weather began with a tornado that touched down in Hamden back in 1989. He has been working toward this goal ever since.
