Congrats to WTNH News 8 softball team for winning the second annual Battle of the Media Charity Softball Tournament. News 8 earned bragging rights and the “Golden Mic” after four other Connecticut media stations struck out against them on Saturday morning. Benefits from the game went towards The Smillow Cancer Center in honor of Dr. Mel.
