This past weekend the “Elm City Echo” was launched in New Haven. It’s a newspaper run by “Yale University students in collaboration with homeless contributors and service providers who assist them.” Each edition costs $1, with 75 cents going to the homeless person selling it and 25 cents toward printing costs.
