Justin Clark, the former two-time manager of Republican Tom Foley’s campaigns for governor, was spotted at the White House this week assisting President Trump during what the White House is calling “Made in America” week.

Clark, who is the Trump administration’s main liaison to state governments, was seen escorting the president and the vice president around a display of products made in America that had been assembled on the White House lawn. The display included a helicopter manufactured by Sikorsky.
