Former Connecticut Senate Democratic staffer, public relations consultant and web publisher Patrick Scully is dead.
The news appeared first late Thursday on social media.
Scully was communications director for Senate Democrats(2002-2007) and worked closely with then Senate President Kevin Sullivan. He moved to the Boston area several years ago, ran his own public relations consultancy and recently began publishing MassCapitolNews – a website modeled after CTCapitolReport.
