President Obama, whose post White House communications strategy has been primarily to lay low, made some news Wednesday night at the Connecticut Forum.
In a conversation with historian Heather Cox Richardson at The Bushnell in Hartford, Obama made clear that he sees the Trump administration as a threat to the health of American democracy, but at the same time he criticized “comfortable” progressives for not being willing to risk their own standing to fight back.
