Since morning news shows tend to be about creating a sense of family it seems only natural that News 8 will now having a morning news dog on set.
Anchor Ali Reed has announced, on the station’s website, that Nell, her nine year old Cuckapoo, will be on air from time to time. Reed says Nell has made the early morning trip in to the studio in the past, but getting a lead role is something new.
