Jean Dubail, a 30-year newspaper veteran with strong experience in print and online journalism, has been named managing editor of The News-Times.
The current managing editor, Jacqueline Smith, will become the paper’s editorial page editor and Brian Koonz will return from the Connecticut Post to become the paper’s assistant managing editor.
All of these new positions will take effect on April 28 when Dubail starts.
