Tribune Broadcasting has announced the appointment a new vice president and general manager for WTIC-TV and WCCT-TV.
Jon Hitchcock worked for 17 years at WTNH in New Haven so this is a return home.
“I’m thrilled to join Tribune Media and have the opportunity to return to my home state of Connecticut,” said Hitchcock. “FoxCT, WCCT and their digital assets have an outstanding position in the marketplace. I’m eager to help build upon their value with a great team of professionals.”
