According to Reuters, the merger deal between Media General and Meredith Corporation may be dying.
The news service says the Media General board is moving toward making a deal with Nexstar Broadcasting instead of Meredith.
It’s believed a Media General/Meredith merger would force the sale of either WTNH or WFSB. The deal has been in trouble almost from the moment it was announced in August.
