Marla Romash, recently a Democratic political consultant (most recently the Richard Blumenthal U.S.Senate campaign) also had a Connecticut career that involved Dodd staff/WFSB political reporter/Hartford Courant reporter, and on and on. Marla will be featured on NBC’s Today show Thursday morning (tentatively at about 10:35 AM) on a segment about second careers. She’s now pastry chef at Marla’s Magic and The Political Cookie Company – which offers retail customers “unique, hand-decorated sugar cookies, from scratch, using only the best ingredients, in an environmentally responsible business – often with a grain a salt and a pinch of political humor.” Should be a busy year for her…
