John Bell, known by many in the Connecticut news world for his @newsbell Twitter feed, has been named managing editor at Fox CT.
News Director Coleen Marren made the announcement Friday. Bell has been doing freelance work for the station. His new position will have him working on daily stories for television and the web, managing the assignment desk and working on special projects, according to an internal memo obtained by The Laurel.
