Former Hartford Courant and Hearst CT sports columnist Jeff Jacobs appears to have written his last column.
Last week, he announced on social media that he has finally run out of gas after 46 years in journalism.
There is no indication he plans another professional move. His past columns still appear on the Hearst CT website under a bio that begins, “Jeff Jacobs is a former columnist with Hearst Connecticut Media Group…”
